 Very private setting just minutes from town in a large and quiet cove with 180 feet of lake frontage.  Close to many popular lakeside restaurants.  This 2,200 sq. ft. home  features main floor living with open living/dining/kitchen, spacious second level bedrooms,  screened porch with additional seating, dining set and additional full-size refrigerator.  Charcoal grill.  This home also has plenty of coveted parking space with a large parking area right at the home.  All of our homes feature a security system with integrated smoke/fire/emergency monitoring.

Flat screen TVs, wireless internet.  Fully stocked kitchenware, bed and bath linens, beach towels provided.

Very few  steps to the lake/dock - 7 to be exact.  Dock features an 18' x 30' covered recreation/dining area with TV, stereo, dining table plus bar seating, gas grill, an 8' x 10' sun/swim dock with chaise lounges, an 11' x 26' covered boat slip, two PWC Lifts, dock locker and sturdy ladder.  

 

All of our docks are equipped with a Dock Lifeguard system for your safety and piece of mind.  Two Kayaks are provided for your use.

As life jackets are a personal fit item, we do not stock these.  If you will be renting a boat - rental boats are required to provide life jackets for maximum capacity of the boat.

We have a boat rental service that delivers to and picks up from the dock at very reasonable discounted rates.

We don't stock paper or personal hygiene items, however, we do leave enough bath tissue, paper towels and soap/detergent in the home to get you started until you make it to the store.
